Our stories are about Movie and Film Producers, Film Directors, Writers, Cinematographers, Actors, Film Editors, Set Designers, Casting Directors, Set Technicians, all the people it takes to create a moving image; we include all the business of movie making – Features, Documentary, Short Film from Development, Pre-Production, Production, Post Production, through the Film Festival Circuit and Movie Distribution. We look at movie industry technology, trends, events, legalities, film schools, movie equipment, cameras, lighting & grip, expendables and equipment vendors like Rule Boston Camera and High Output, Inc.

IMAGINE introduced Film Tax Credits to New England, initiating legislation for Film Tax Incentives in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut and is now their watch dog. IMAGINE tracks studio movies, major and independent producers (indies) that are on location in New England both in print and online at www.imaginenews.com. IMAGINE is in its 15th year serving the savvy filmmaking community in the North East. Our goals support the growth, sustainability, enrichment and enhancement of the motion picture industry in New England. IMAGINE publishes an annual New England Production, Resource & Location Guide and 10 printed issues per year all available online at www.imaginenews.com.
